For the following rigorous benchmarks we used the latest and greatest that our competitors had to offer. For the AMD side we used a generic setup with a 1.4 GHz Duron. For Intel's frontline we used a Compaq Sorrio 4000 Series with a 1.4 GHz Celeron.

Clearly the I-Mac is the decisive winner. Not only did it burn faster, it allows you to over-burn as much as you like!

Here we test each machines ability to cook raw chicken.

Sorry AMD and Intel, the new I-Mac took this benchmark as well. Neither the AMD or the Intel could even compete. Each one started to cook small square on the underside of the chicken and then locked up!

In conclusion I think the choice is obvious. With Intel and AMD not even completing half of the benchmarks, one might wonder why they are still in business? I guess you do get what you pay for!
